The great challenge was to define a shared purpose and culture that would unite them without erasing the richness of their origins; that would truly connect with everyone, inspire a sense of belonging, and allow each company to retain its essence within a common identity oriented toward a greater purpose.

    It was deeply inspiring to be part of a moment in which such diverse teams discovered that they shared something powerful: a culture of care for Peruvians.

    We helped their leaders put into words what was already stirring in their hearts, to find the purpose that unites them, and to forge new connections around it. It was a space for definition and revelation, but also for alliances that transcended the session and continue to drive their cultural transformation.
